Chateau Haut Brisson 2001, St Emilion Grand CruClean, brilliant, intense, red cherry. Ripe, jammy, black fruit, smoky, roasted notes, coffee and cacao hints, toasted oak tones. Very generous, elegant and complex bouquet of intensity. Powerful attack with generous proportions, lovely volume and freshness. Noble tannins of fine quality are just waiting to integrate and become harmoniously polished into the fruit. Lovely fruit / oak balance. Very long delicious persistence.
