Chateau Clarke 2003, Listrac-MedocThis wine, like its stable mates from Lafite Rothschild, exudes class and distinction. A dense ripe nose suggests a lot and the palate does not disappoint. Smokey black berry, liquorice and buttered golden brown toast make for a classy glass of left bank Bordeaux. The 2003 shows a certain ripeness and marries rich fruit and elegance superbly. Drink from 2007 to 2014+
