Cornas 2005, Vincent ParisVincent Paris returned to Cornas to produce his first wines in 1997 after 4 years of studying viticulture and oenology. Vincent's uncle, Robert Michel, is one of Cornas' finest producers. Made from 100 % syrah the 2005 Cornas exposes blackberry and blueberry liqueur notes intermixed with licorice. Dense purple with wonderful ‘sweetness’, and supple tannin, this is an atypical but extraordinarily rich, broad, Cornas to consume over the next 8 to10 years
