Radford Dale Chardonnay 2005, Stellenbosch (6)One of the most Burgundian Style Chardonnays from SA yet. Fermented in very cool cellars, the wine commences fermentation and then stops over winter, just like in Burgundy, resuming again in Spring. The long fermentation add massive complexity from extra lees contact in barrel and makes for a very special wine.
