Ca' Rugate Monte Fiorentine 2006, Soave Classico Superiore (6)Michelle Tessari owns 30 hectares near Monteforte d' Apone. The name of the winery is taken from the volcanic hill where most of the vineyards are located. The wines have great minerality and depth, very good complexity and touches of exotic fruit and white flowers. They are considered to be one of the top wineries in the Soave region.
