Sancerre les Caillottes Single Domaine 2007, Pascal JolivetLovely rich, forward grassy nose - very modern with a herby edge. The palate is fruity and crisp with intense flavours of grassy gooseberry fruit. Tasty and full flavoured, this would put many Sancerres at twice the price to shame. But then again, this level of quality from the Les Caillottes single domaine is to be expected, being vinified separately to capture everything that’s great about Sancerre’s unique terroir.
