Riesling Heimbourg Alsace 2006, Zind-Humbrecht (6)The nose is dominated by strong minerality and has well defined notes of yellow fruits and citrus fruits. On the palate the wine has excellent concentration of fruit underpinned with a classic Riesling acidity. A firmly structured wine that can be drunk now or cellared for 10 years.
