Fernando de Castilla Classic Collection Amontillado, Jerez (50cl Bottle) (6)

The Producer

Bodegas Rey Fernando de Castilla is a small family owned producer offering only the very best products from the sherry district for a demanding and select group of consumers. The wines belong to a collection of unique sherries that are all truly magnificent examples of their particular style. The wines have been aged to perfection in the cellars in the historic centre of Jerez de la Frontera, and after having been drawn from each individual solera, the wines are bottled without any blending, clarification, cold stabilisation, or other treatments, preserving the subtlest fragrances and flavours from the wines. The range consists of the Classic Range and the highly sought after, collectable Antique Range that regularly wins all the medals at Sherry competitions.

The Wine

The collection of sherries is made up of the finest wines from the area. Ranging from the pale, light and elegant finos to the unique Antique sherries that have won the highest national and international distinctions. This range would not be complete without the extremely rare and old sherry vinegards that are found in the cellars. These are bottled in limited quantities for a very demanding group of consumers.
