Castello Soave Classico 2008An excellent dry Soave with fresh mineral and citrus notes, this exuberant, lively, tasty wine has good texture, length, and finish. If dry fino sherry had less alcohol and tasted more like Soave, it might resemble something like this offering. Drink it over the next 12-18 months.
