Black Noble De Bortoli, New South Wales (37.5cl Bottle)The company was established in 1928 by Italian immigrant, Vittorio de Bortoli, a Bilbul, NSW. Now run by third generation, Deen de Bortoli, the company is improving on a major expansion into the premium Yarra Valley region of Victoria. They are most famous for the Sauternes like “Noble 1” but improvement across the range reflects the motto, Semper ad Majora” (Always striving for better)
