Frapin VS LUXE Grande Champagne Cognac (6)Cognac Frapin is a unique Cognac house in many ways. At its heart is the beautiful Chateau Fontpinot which is surrounded by three hundred hectares of prime vineyards in the Grande Champagne the very finest area in the Cognac region, near the town of Ségonzac. The business is owned by the Cointreau family with Max Cointreau at its head. In his time they have owned Champagne Krug and Cointreau but now just own Frapin and Gosset Champagne! All the fruit is sourced from their own vineyards exclusively and aged and distilled at their own properties. These Cognacs have a real purity of fruit and good complexity. I highly recommend them to you.
