Chateau Cantemerle 2000, Haut Medoc 5'eme Cru ClasseFor those of you not lucky enough to get some 1996, here is another crack at the whip. Light purple/black with a soft, biscuit oak nose and with delicious, ripe black fruit characters that are well framed by some still raw acids. This will blend together well in 5 years. Wonderful. 2006 to 2012.
