Chateauneuf-du-Pape Cuvee Centenaire 2000, Domaine André BrunelThe ProducerThe cellars in the shadow of the ruined Chateauneuf have undergone little change in recent years. In contrast, the wines continues to improve as a result of time and tradition. Many of the Grenache vines, that form two thirds of the blend, are now well over 80 years old. The wines remain unfiltered and so the only change is more severe selection of fruit and the modest use of new oak barrels.The WineA superb wine with 96/100 from Robert Parker Jr.
