An old fashioned family estate of 46 hectares, which offers deep mature calvados with great length, full flvours and an endearing rusticity. The Camut family grows 25 different apple varieties and distill in two pot stills. The cider spends up to a year in oak before distillation and then the new spirit up to a year in new oak before being matured in old casks. The Camut Domaine is rightly considered to be amongst the very best of farm producers and the current blends are on top of their form. Due to their small production and great demand for these products, stocks are in very short supply.
