Valdespino Solera 1842 Oloroso, Jerez (37.5cl Bottle)Valdespino's Oloroso is a rich, dark style of sherry. It is exposed to oxygen (unlike Fino sherry), which causes the wine to darken and develop deliciously rich, nutty flavours. Around 30 years old, this savoury Oloroso offers pronounced and concentrated flavours of almonds and caramel wrapped up in an agreeably subtle sweetness. Mouthfilling and breathtakingly long.
