The estate was established at the beginning of the last century and, up to 1988, grapes were sold to other producers. At present the 12 hectares of vineyards and the cellar are managed by Claudio Alario, with the help of his parents and of his wife; an average of 40,000 bottles of Dolcetto are produced, but also Barbera, Barolo and Nebbiolo are part of the range. The vineyards are planted as Dolcetto ( 5.5 hectares ) , Nebbiolo ( 3.5 hectares ) , Barbera ( 2.8 hectares ).
