Clos Uroulat 2004 Charles Hours, JuranconOne of the characters of the region. Charles Hours produces two deeply flavoured full wines from his 16 hectares of steep sloping, limestone vineyards.The first is a dry Jurancon and the second which we are particularly fond of is a sweet wine, a moelleux called Clos Uroulat. This is made from Petit Manseng a local variety of grape and is barrel fermented to give a pure sweet wine rich but not cloying and lovely fresh fruit.
