A clean, crisp fresh wine with delicate lemon zest notes and creamy buttered toast on the long fine finish. More accessable than the big brother but probably also more versatile and suitable for any occasion. A class act produced from pure Chardonnay and no Grechetto portion, as in the Cevaro case.
