San Giovanni della Sala 2006, Orvieto Classico Superiore (6)Classical dry white from Umbria, this wine is very lush, has juicy acidity and a long zesty finish tempered by some excellent concentration of fruit. Good minerality adds texture and structure. A seriously good effort.
