Chorey-les-Beaune 2004, Domaine Tollot Beaut (37.5cl Bottle)Family winery that were one of the first to domaine bottle their wines back in the 1920s - a progressive spirit that is alive and well still today in their wines and marketing. Mostly wineyards holdings in and around Beaune, Chorey, Savigny and Aloxe-Corton, this domaine make bright, consistent and wonderfully pure fruited Pinot Noirs that are unpretentious and very drinkable.
