Springfield Estate Whole Berry Cabernet Sauvignon 2004, Robertson (6)2004 was a super vintage for reds in South Africa and Abrie Brewer has created a soft, lush, dark fruited gem of a wine. Sweet cherry, redcurrrant and cassis notes intermingle with violet fragrance and cedar spice notes. Elegantly wooded, this wine is classical and classy and could grace any dinner party table. Make with minimal intervention, the Springfield wines are very natural and very terroir driven in style. Perfect if you want to avoid the day after hangover!
