As many Handford Wines deliveries as possible are made by us in our own van so as to provide the best service
possible. If you require your order urgently or on a specific day we will do out best to accommodate your request, but please understand that this
may not be possible without recourse to a third-party courier, in which case additional charges may apply.
If there is not likely to be someone to receive and sign for the goods at the delivery address, please provide details of a safe place (or alternative address close by) where the goods may be left. If goods are left at your request and subsequently go missing we regret that neither we nor our couriers can accept responsibility. Delivery times cannot be specified, although if asked and given a telephone number we will try to call before to arrange. We regret we do not deliver over the weekend or on bank holidays. DELIVERY CHARGES may apply.

Glasses: £5 per tray of 24 glasses (includes washing) – Broken glasses are charged at £3.95 We can accept 25% of our Wine back on a Sale or Return basis providing they are in a saleable condition. We can provide ice bucket & ice – the fee for this is £10. We can provide mineral water & juices, however, these are not on a Sale or Return basis.
