EN PRIMEUR TERMS OF BUSINESS

Prices

Prices are per case of 12 bottles (unless stated) IN BOND at Octavian Corsham. Charges for duty (GBP19.26 per case of still wine) VAT on the value of the wine and any extra bottling charges (for non standard bottle sizes) will be invoiced as appropriate following shipment. Where price is listed at GBP0.00 we are awaiting release of the price and are not offering the wine at no cost!
 

1. Wines are offered subject to availability. In many cases stocks are limited and may be subject to a maximum allocation.
2. The minimum order is one case (unmixed though some wines may be allocated by the bottle).
3. Orders will not be confirmed unless accompanied by payment in full.
4. Upon full payment a certificate of ownership will be sent to the customer.
5. You will be notified when all your wines are available for collection onward delivery or storage by Handford.
6. Delivery is FREE to the UK mainland for orders over £300.00 (inc all taxes). Bespoke shipments for overseas customers.
7. Handford offers a comprehensive and convenient storage service in bond at Octavian Corsham.  This allows your wine to be stored in optimum quality controlled conditions. The case you will receive will be the same case that you bought en Primeur. Storage is £0.55 per month + VAT and is invoiced retrospectively for payment prior to delivery.

Special Bottle Sizes

All wines listed in this offer are available on request in either half bottles or magnums at a supplement of GBP10 per case. When wines are required in special bottle sizes this should be stated at the time of ordering.
