How to create an online order

Whilst browsing through our list of wines click the Add To Order icon next to the wine name. This will add that wine to your order.

Quantities on Order Form

• Fine Wine: These are marked UNMIXED CASE and quantities refer to the number of cases. Prices are per case excluding VAT
• Other Wine: The quantities are shown as single bottles so to order a case just change the quantity to 12.

Mixed cases are eligible for a 5% discount.

Sending Orders

• When you are ready to send the order to us follow the View Current Order link on the left-hand menu and then click the Go To Payments button. You will then be asked to fill in your name and address together with payment details.

Security

• When you select the Go To Payments button you will be connected to our secure commerce server. This will allow you to send your credit card and other confidential information in an encrypted form for safety.  

Delivery

• Wines are available for collection from 105 Old Brompton Road. We deliver to the rest of the UK mainland within 3 working days (subject to availability). There is a charge of £8.50 for orders under the value of GBP150.00 per address or for fine wine wholesale and en Primeur GBP300.00 per address including all taxes.

Charges

·        Discounts delivery charges and VAT will be added by us. A full receipt will be e-mailed by return.

 

We ask browsers to note that priority is given to existing customers when considering distribution of rare stock.
