Description
Called Estrangier because this is 100% Sauvignon is a `stranger` in the area which is best known for its Minervois. Stranger is also apt because it`s style is different to typical Loire or New Zealand Sauvignon.
Fat, round mouthfeel with pear aromas and exotic fruit. Long finish with hint of pineapple.
Match with sheep cheese, Brie or young Comte.
Low yields. Approximately 15 to 20 hectolitres per hectare
