If you require your order urgently or on a specific day then please ring the store. We will do out best to accommodate your request, but please understand that this may not be possible without recourse to a third-party courier, in which case additional charges may apply.

If there is not likely to be someone to receive and sign for the goods at the delivery address, please provide details of a safe place (or alternative address close by) where the goods may be left. If goods are left at your request and subsequently go missing we regret that neither we nor our couriers can accept responsibility.

Orders will be delivered within 1-5 working days, Monday to Friday. We try to deliver as soon as possible, however this is subject to stock availability.

South Kensington Area

If you are in postcodes SW1V, SW1W, SW1X, SW3, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW10, W2, W8, W9, W11, W14 we can offer free local delivery for orders over £50. Orders under this amount are charged £10.

London

Delivery costs are as per Mainland UK. Central London postcodes may be subject to a congestion charge fee.

Mainland UK (excluding NI and Northern Scotland)

“Mainland UK” excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Islands and the postcodes AB38+, FK, HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20+, PH, PO30-41, R21-25, ZE

Delivery is free for all orders of £150 and over. Orders under £150 are charged are charged at £10.

Other UK

For postcodes AB38+, FK, IV, KW, PH a flat rate of £25 is charged for all orders.

For other UK postcodes, please call for more information for these shipment areas as additional charges may apply. We are sorry, but it is not possible to order via the website for deliveries to these areas.
