Difese is named for the tusks of wild boar that roam these 300 odd hectares. Remember the vast majority of land here is wild or used for their racehorse training business. With a little more Sangiovese from a vintage everyone is very excited about in Tuscany, Difese is delicate, aromatic, with wild flowers and a hint of char. A thing of beauty. 2023 to 2027
