The value here is outstanding; a fully sweet lime, apricot skin and tropical fruit Chenin with racy acidity and extraordinary length of flavour. The winemaker had the option to bottle into 500ml bottles (at greater cost of course), but figured you would be too disappointed to miss out on the last 250ml! Sweet but not sticky, enjoy this on its own or with rillette, blue cheese and other rich savouries.
