Description
Deep in Galicia’s Ribeira Sacra region, ancient terraced slopes (steep enough to be considered heroic viticulture) of schists and sandy clay give the Godello grapes for this wine.
Stainless steel fermentaion followed by ageing on lees for 5 months. A pure nose of white peach + jasmine before the palate unloads green herbs, pear and yellow apple. The finish is salty and slatey which closes out the wine with amazing finesse.
