90% Chenin Blanc and 10% Semillon sourced across the Western Cape, all dryland bushvines with a minimum age of 35 years although mostly between 40 and 50 years. Citrus, peach, thatch, earth and a little reduction on the nose while the palate is dense and relatively thick textured given an alcohol of just 13.11%.
