Sylvie's not afraid to modernise and change. It was her that talked her family of grape growers into bottling and selling their own wine. When she took over from her father in 1998 she tweaked the style of the estate. Longer hang time, riper fruit, more use of new oak and whole bunches result in more substantial wines that are firm yet silky.
