Good old fashioned 1er Cru with a bright, golden colour, lashings of almond, burnt citrus and hints of caramel, marmite toast and hot coals. No oak here but extensive age on yeast lees defines the natural intensity. Best to decant and serve with a creamy fish or white meat dish. A true gourmet white.
