Daniel-Etienne is the 15th generation of this family to make wines in Chablis, a family winemaking legacy that spans over 400 years. The estate is compromised of 28 hectares of Chardonnay grown on Kimmeridgien soil characterised by its fossilised oyster shells. It is blessed by a fantastic south east exposition on a steep slope, protecting the vines from frost and providing them with the benefits of the early morning sun.
