Description
From a terroir highly suited to cultivating the Merlot varietal, Château Clarke possesses a deeply distinctive Médoc character. 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, it has a beautiful crimson colour with a deep purple rim. The extremely complex nose presents subtle roasted notes with sappy cedar aromas mingled with notes of blackcurrant and cherry. On the palate it is dense and rich with delicate, velvety tannins, with freshness and a long finish.
