This Brut Non-vintage is signature of Colmant's unique style,on tasting through their range we at Handfords preferred this cuvee over its older siblings.The blend is 52% Pinot Noir and 48% Chardonnay with grapes from Franschhoek, Robertson and Elgin (all top regions making MCC). The nose shows a welcoming aroma of lemon and brioche with a touch of toasty spice. On the palate the citrus vivacity compliments the fresh-baked bread flavours creates a strong structure in the wine, further refined with the inclusion of 20% reserve wines, followed by a delectably smooth finish.
