DeMorgenzon is one of the oldest farms in South Africa, created in the late 1600’s along with Stellenbosch itself. Jump forward a century or three to 2003 when Wendy and Hylton Appelbaum bought DeMorgenzon and have since transformed DeMorgenzon into a 91ha (224 acre) garden vineyard, where abundant wildflowers grow between the vines.
