Description
Opens on the nose with a herbal spice and lemon nose with a wonderful touch of stony minerality. Complex in the mouth with crisp sour apples, lemon rind and even a touch of tropical fruits. The touch of residual sugar (5.7g/l) gives the wine a smooth, light cordial sweetness which is balanced beautifully with a crisp acidity, leading to a delicate, but long finish.
