Description
6 bottle pack.
We've had to fight hard to get this – it’s the pouring red Burgundy at Patrick Henriroux’s 2 Michelin star Pyramide in Vienne and Quentin only makes 4000 bottles of this a year!
From 80 year-old vines, this is a light to medium bodied, round and fleshy wine with tangy acids and chalky structuring tannins. A perfumed nose of chewy cherry bonbons, rose petal and pastille fruits, with a very slight earthy/truffle note underpinning it. Lifted fresh, juicy berry fruits with just a gentle touch of wood and delicate acids to balance. Fresh and accessible, it's a cracking Pinot Noir that is the perfect easy-drinking wine.
