The 2021 The Florita Riesling is in a a taut youthful phase right now with citrusy, herbal and chalky notes, but the palate is very linear and pure with intensity, minerality, wonderful crispness and a very long finish suggesting this Riesling needs at least five more years of ageing. Very impressive nonetheless.
