St Jacques d'Albas is the passion project of British expats once local to Holland Park. Their Chateau which is both a fully fledged winery and guest house is found in the Minervois municipality of the Languedoc, outside the historical city of Carcassone. Headed by Graham Nutter to produce the best possible wines from their terroir (land), they limit yields and carefully adhere to sustainable, organic farming methods . ‘La Collection’ is a wonderful expression of Grenache which is brimming with juicy blackberries and raspberries from the get go. Medium-bodied all the way, it works as a fantastic wine which is kind to your body & the planet!. Completely organic and with no-added sulphites. This is a delicious ‘natural wine’…and best part is, you cant even tell!
