Deep golden yellow with a fine mousse. Fairly intense nose with some red fruit and slightly toasted characters. Full bodied and lengthy flavours with a smooth finish. The wine is well made and has more than adequate bottle age.

Our favourite growers champagne, family owned and committed to producing champagnes of the highest quality, Domaine Louis Brochet has been nestled at the foot of Montagne de Reims in the village of Ecueil since the 19th century.
Managed by the same family for 4 generations, sister and brother Hélène and Louis Brochet now reign over a 13 hectare vineyard made up of 50 plots of vines which allow the production of a whole range of champagnes. extra brut, brut, rosé, white white, black white as well as vintages.
