Description
These grapes come from vineyards in Neive and Cuneo – still inside the Barolo appellation – but vines are younger and the wine is aged for seven months in large old oak. The nose delivers typical Nebbiolo nuances with floral and fruity scents of cherry and roses while in the mouth it shows good body, delicacy and a decisive freshness. The finish is long with earthy red fruit persistence. We suggest pairing with traditional Italian dishes with a Ragu foundation.
