Alain still does pigeage a pied, but wearing waders these days! With so many vintages under his braces he really gets the feel for how far to go with that extraction and the best fruit to make his pink from. It’s an art form here. He is super proud of the frisky, crushed raspberry brightness, gorgeous sucrosity and even, soft red fruit finish. You will love this! 2023 … it would keep for a year or two but you will drink it all.
