Description
From Celler de Joan Sangenis, one of the oldest grape-growing families in DOC Priorat, the 2015 Mas d'en Compte Tinto is a blend of 50% Cariñena, 40% Garnacha and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, all old vines.
Ink ruby in colour, powerful aromas of blackberry and raspberry preserves, dark chocolate, aromatic herbs, cinnamon and nutmeg, very pronounced and full of ripe plum fruit with mineral, herbal notes, good structure, velvety texture, superb depth broadening into a memorable finish of great style and impressive persistence.
