There is a short series of smaller appellations chez Chavy. This is where I found the fun really
started! Wonderful purity with a rocky minerality, an impressive weight of sherbet and citrus
fruit and a very fine structure of lively acidity. Smart white Burgundy with good potential to gain
breadth and complexity as it ages. Drink 2023 to 2027
