Producer Information: Miles Mossop
For 18 years Miles was winemaker at Tokara. While there he started vinifying bought in grapes under the Miles Mossop brand.
Saskia, names after Miles' daughter, has generally been two-thirds Chenin and a third Viognier. Recent vintages have seen Verdelho and Clairette join the action.
Max, named after his son, is a Cabernet blend that is supported by Petit Verdot and Merlot. Kika is a small production, late harvest Chenin. And then came Sam, dedicated to his wife. It's a blend of Cabernet and Merlot.
Now Miles is free of Tokara he has been making an Introduxction range and various Chapters, small production releases which are often unique.
