Nial (DipWSET) has spent many years as a Sommelier and restaurant manager and enjoys nothing more than talking about wine! This makes him the perfect candidate to run our Intro to Wine courses.
Nial will be hosting an informal and informative session in our cellar where, looking through a glass of wine, he'll talk about improving your tasting and how to talk about what you taste. Nial will also answer any questions that you might have on grape varieties, terrior, wine making, wine history or any other queries you might have about the world of wine.
These sessions will give you a better understanding of wine and your palate to allow you to make a more informed decision on your next wine purchase.
No previous wine tasting experience needed!
