Vers Chane is a wonderfully natural style of Chardonnay – stepping beyond orchard fruits, the wine is reminiscent of green banana and summer crops, with the oak contributing baking spice and nutmeg. Best sipped and appreciated or with more delicate seafood and vegetarian dishes. From one of the most dedicated biodynamic farms we know the Chane is the stream that forms the boundary between Pouilly Fuisse and Saint Amour.
