High up on the hillside, and virtually contiguous to the Murgers des Dents de Chien vineyard of Saint Aubin. We have enjoyed stunning vintages from here for all but a decade and 2020 is high in the peckng order. Super pure, with a distinctive hit of flinty minerality, a defined and natural acidity that marks it above the Saint Aubins, and that lovely, cooling soft fangerine and pomegranate that we saw on the Dents de Chiens. One of the key notes of Thomas wines is integration. All wines are fermented and aged in oak, of which one barrel in five is a new one. At no point do you taste oak in any of these great whites.
