Description
A very complex and evolving nose that starts with struck match and flint, which leads into a lively bouquet of key lime pie and meringue with subtle hints of guava and melon. This wine is generous to taste with gooseberry marmalade and short crust pastry balanced off by grapefruit pith and apple core. The finish is uber green and dry and so easily reminiscent of top quality Pouilly Fume.
